Simple Snow Ear & Asian Pear Soup
Ingredients:
2 Asian pears, washed, peeled, cored, cut into bite sized pieces
20-30 grams of snow fungus, rehydrated overnight, cut into bite sized pieces
Enough spring water to submerge all ingredients
Optional: goji berries or honey to sweeten
Directions:
In a pot, bring the water, snow mushrooms, and pears to a boil
Simmer covered for 45 minutes, or until all ingredients are soft
Stir in optional toppings and serve warm
